Extreme Couples Challenge

Contestants must survive being stranded in a hostile environment
for more than 24 hours while completing tasks designed to
challenge them both as a couple and as individuals. Before being
left outside their comfort zone, the couple receives valuable advice
from a psychologist and a survival expert. Backed by the show’s
presenter, the same experts also comment, in real time, on the
couple’s performance from a mobile bunker. The selected couples
play it all out: it’s make or break!
